Penny Warner

Penny Warner is an early childhood and special education specialist who has written 10 books on children's parties, as well as more than 30 books for parents and children on baby care and development, baby and preschool play, and children's activities. A frequent guest on a variety of television programs, Ms. Warner has taught child development at Diablo Valley College in San Ramon, California, for 20 years, and special education at Chabot College in Hayward, California. She wrote a column for Lesher newspapers on family life for more than a decade, and has written articles for many national parenting magazines. She earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood education at California State University, Hayward, and her master's in special education at San Francisco State University. A mother of two, Ms. Warner and her family live in Danville, California.
