Bigger babies with each pregnancy
QUESTION
You always hear how babies get bigger with each pregnancy. Is this true or just another old wives tale?

On average, there is a trend towards increased size with each successive baby. This is based on statistics over large populations of babies. The size of babies, however, is quite variable and for any individual mother, we can't predict for sure how big her next baby will be and whether it will be larger or smaller than the previous one.
