| Just out of curiousity, what are YOU going to do when someone decides to set you in your place?? Did you become Mother Theresa all of a sudden and think that you were then end-all to be-all of mothers?? C'mon lady, let's get real. Oh and by the way, my boys have been spoon fed for the past 2 1/2 months and it gets even better than that....are you ready? They are even spoon fed rice cereal!!!!!!!! So before you make snide remarks and comments, take a second to ask me about it first. Oh Oh Oh I almost forgot, my boys also are doing quite well drinking out of sippy cups, still have some figuring out to do, but coming along nicely. And to answer your previously email from some time ago, no I am not a teen mother, but I suppose you knew more than I did when you first started out as a mom right? In fact, you probably knew more than anyone I'm guessing. Yes I almost forgot about your other response....perhaps you should go to the store, maybe Babies R Us if you have one in your area, and check out the Dr. Brown brand of bottles and yes of course, the Avent brand as well. Dr Brown specifically makes nipples that have a Y-cut for thicker liquids such as juice and cereal. And Avent, a brand trusted by most moms wouldn't you agree??? They have a nipple, I believe it is 3M+ variable flow and "ideal for thicker liquids". Now what on earth do you think that could mean??? And lastly but I'm sure this won't be the last, my message about "mothers needing to decide on their own what is best for them and their babies" was strictly meant as that. I asked for others' advice to see what had been done and wasn't looking for one response as my solution to feeding problems.Take everything into consideration and THEN see what works best. Does that make sense for you now?? |
