What a difficult question! It certinly depends on the specific children and specific adults. I get undressed with my two year old son. But when my eleven year old notices me getting ready to change clothes we respectfully seperate and give eachother privacy. In retrospect I don't thik my father ever asked me to leave when he undressed, but after a certin age I knew he was going to undress and I left the room on my own. I would guess that this too will happen in your home. If there has never been a nudity taboo in your home your children will naturally know when the don't want to anymore. And when they say,"no I don't wanna take a shower with you" be respectful and say okay. More likely though they will say "I wanna shower by myself". More as a sign of independance that as a slight against you, or a sign of discomfort.
