SUBJECT: Why is he always crying?
My 2 1/2 week old son has been fussy and crying 24 hours a day for the last week. He falls into a light sleep if someone is holding him, but wakes up screaming every 10 mins or so. I've tried Mylecon drops for gas (I breastfeed), holding, rocking, a swing, feeding, and just putting him down in his bassinet, but nothing really soothes him. He was just circumcised 3 days ago - could that be hurting him still? Is it colic? He takes a pacifier and it calms him down long enough to fall asleep, but he still wakes up in pain. What's wrong??
