If he pulled out WITH the condom still intact, chances are you probably would not get pregnant - however, if the condom was not on the entire time (you put it on after some penetration), or if the condom broke, leaked, etc. then you may have reason for concern. You do realize that there is fluid that may come out of the penis before ejaculation (gu) that can contain sperm which can get you pregnant. In other words, just because he doesn't come, or doesn't come inside doesn't mean you can't get pregnant - it's not common, but neither is getting pregnant while on the pill and that happens.
