It sounds as if your daughter has a strong imagination! Don't over-react! If she is an ONLY her imagination will be even more active than kids with siblings! They have to make up their own games to entertain themselves! She knows mommy is a girl, daddy is a boy, so it makes sense to her to "play" boy/girl because she wants to emulate the ones she loves the most! I would only become concerned if more than kissing and hand-holding become part of the game. Then it might be time to discover where she got more material from.
