Some of her behavior is normal, but showing you and telling you what daddy did is not. DO NOT address her father until you have taken your daughter to the doctor and established that there is or HAS BEEN an instance of sexual abuse. If he is guilty he will only deny he has done wrong. DO NOT ALLOW him access to her, never leave them alone or let her sit in his lap. If you leave the room, take her with you!!! If he is molesting her he may get mad!! SO WHAT!! If he is not molesting her he should understand that you are protecting HIS daughter and until all of this is investigated, you can't afford to be to careful!! If there is any OTHER MAN that has access to her, STOP that contact too! I am telling you this because I worked for a state based sexual offenders treatment program for many years and the men in treatment will be the first to tell you they will always deny wrong behavior, and that it only takes a second for them to "touch" a child. So don't turn your back!
