Instinct is an amazing thing isn't it! Do you ever kiss her on the lips? You have two option in my opinion. 1. tell her that it is okay and let it go. or 2. tell her that she needs to wait untill she's older, kissing is for grownups. Option number one is a hard thing for some parents,sexual exploration seems to be more and more restricted these days. On the other hand option number two doesn't exactly tell her that her behavior is wrong or bad but it will make her question it over and over again until she gets a complete and straight answer. Why can't I play this game with my friend? You could suggest that if they want to "make babies" they could put a pillow under a shirt and just forgo how the "baby" got there. Or are they "making babies" at all? More questions from you will get you to the root of this issue. Good luck!!
