Okay, my first response is this, I am a mother of 3 so I know how important alone time with the old man is. But how come you did not lock your door? Second, try sitting down with your son and getting him to explain what exactly it is that horrified him, ask him if he is confused about what he saw or is it that he just thinks it is gross. Obviously he doesnt understand. I do believe in time that with school and society he will get over the incident. Just try to be as loving and nurturing as you can. Second do not think that you have done anything wrong, you and your husband are mature adults and you have the free will to do what makes you happy. I do suggest however to lock the door next time
