SUBJECT: Starting a Home Daycare
Hi!
I am considering starting a home daycare next summer. I have a 11 month son now and plan to have another before I start the daycare. I want to stay at my Monday thru Friday job until my second child is born for insurance reasons. Has anyone done this? What is my first step? Does anyone know of a good book to get on starting a home daycare? Also, with a newborn and a two year old how many babies/kids should I start with?
I really want to stay home with my kids but we can't afford for me not to work and we can't afford two kids in daycare. I thought this would be a great solution since I love children so much. Any information/advice would be great.

Heidi
