Hi,
Well the only thing that I would say is that first of all make sure that this is something that the both of you do want. I personally would not do this because you are related and you have to take into consideration what the family would think. How could you possible have any type of sexual feelings for a family member. I understand the whil you a young we have little crushes on each other but you are now old enough to know better. But whatever you do act accordingly. Because right now you cousin is vulnerable and my feel that she cannot trust men right now so be careful not to hurt her any futher. Thank you for you entry.
