SUBJECT: Make sure you see your doctor before you start trying to conceive.
I would just like to recommend that anyone trying to become pregnant make sure they have recently seen their gynecologist for a pelvic exam and Pap smear. As hard as pregnancy is on your body it is important for you and your baby that you go into a pregnancy as healthy as possible. Plus it gives you a good chance to discuss with your doctor any questions or concerns you may have about becoming pregnant.

I would also like to recommend that even before you start trying to conceive, you begin taking a multi-vitamin that contains folic acid. This will help to ensure you have the healthiest baby possible.

Good luck to all you future moms.
