SUBJECT: puking kid
My daughter is 17 mos. She occasionally sleeps through the night. She goes down fine and often wakes at 5am or so, which I don't mind, and we've formed the bad habit of bringing her to our bed. Well, now she'll wake at 1 or 2am and want to come to bed with me. I've tried to let her cry it out - then she'll cry an hour and eventually puke. Then, I have to clean everything up and try to pat her or start the whole thing over again. I can't let her sleep in puke. And does it make sense to let her cry that long and then clean her up and let her do the same thing again? I'm sure the answer is to stick with it and "eventually it will go away," but man, I don't know about this one!!!

Thanks for your help.
