i'm also now 23 weeks pregnant and under the care of midwives this time. they're great! i was told last week that i have pupps. this stuff stinks! dont worry though, the itchiness and rash can be controlled thru diet, and taking a tincture of dandelion root a few times a day. you really need to cut out ALL refined sugar (i know it sounds horrible but once you get used to it you'll find there are substitutes and it's not so bad) also cut out on the caffeine, artificial sweetners and colors, any processed meats ( i just went ahead and started eating only organic meats and vegetables, baby seems to be much more active since, and i havent had the hearburn and nausea that i was experiencing) water water water water. it is your friend! they told me that you are sharing a liver with your baby right now and to watch your diet in combination with the dandelion root tincture that you can virtually cure pupps. i've been at it a little over a week and it's 100% better.
