SUBJECT: 1st pregnancy ...Anxiety and weird feelings......am i normal ???? please
Im 21 years old and this is my first pregnancy ....im 34 weeks now . Ive had panic attacks prior to pregnancy so I know what its like , but Ive been feeling odd for the past month and Im not sure if something is really wrong with me mentally . Ive been feeling really disconnected from my self....thoughts of worthlessness and not really knowing what the point of my life is and to add to it all these thoughts are giving me panic attacks . SHould I toss this up to pregnancy hormones ????? Has anyone been through this ??? Am I weird ??? please help
