SUBJECT: Exercising while Pregnant
Hi there everyone. I am new here. What a wonderful group!
I have some questions about fitness while pregnant. I am 29 years old. I have been running since I was 14 and I have been doing step aerobics for the past year. I think I may be pregnant and I am just wondering if it is safe for me to keep working out the way I have been. I had a miscarriage last year when I was about 9 weeks along and my Dr. told me that it had nothing to do with my exercise and that it is safe for me to continue my exercise routine. I am just worried and I was wondering if anyone here has any advise for me.
Any and all help is greatly appreciate.
Thanx so much for your time!
Have a wonderful Monday!
Heidi
