hey, im 14. ive been in the same typs of situations, ive been bulied and ben the bully, but never that bad. well u said that she instant messangers her..if yr talking about aol instant messageger, you can block people, so on the other persons budy list, it will apear that yr daughter is never online, and on yr daughters buddy list, it will be that the other girl is never online. and no affence, but whenever a parent tells their kid to ignore the other person, it doesnt help, it jsut gives the bully a nother topic to bully about. usualyy the bully isnt scared of the kid, but gets kinda freaked if the mom, or another adut talks to them about it. so maybe when she calls ask who it is and if its her, talk to her and just be like you really need to stop this, and tell her that what she is doin is harassment, and its not just soemthign to get in trouble at school with, its something that you can get in trouble with the police with and stuff like that, but then on the other hand, that might make it worse for yr daughter. this girl obviously has problems at home with family, and probably with friends.
goodluck
