Thank you so much for your kind words. I will always keep my faith and I always talk to God when it gets bad and it always helps a little sometimes a lot. Stress CD's also do help! A friend of mine got me a a gadget from Conair...it holds 8 different sounds such as rain fall, beach sounds (my favorite), forest sounds, heartbeat..etc. It also has a round glass globe attached to it that lights up and reflects colors off the walls. This really relaxes me. Anxiety is a very complex thing. It really can take over your mind & body. What I have learned is I can't let it take over! Please don't let it take over you. If something or someone bothers you open your mouth...the worst thing to do is hold it in! ALso realize that you are NOT alone and you are not the only one who has anxiety. Talk to yourself also it helps : ) Just don't answer yourself : )
