 | Just so you know, you are definitely not alone in having these feelings. I have very recently started having anxiety and constant feelings of nervousness in my stomach. Have had a battery of tests run on me, with nothing physical showing up. This world continues to get worse, and as things come up in the news, I feel my anxiety increase. When I start to feel this way, I turn to Jesus. I don't want you to think I am preaching to you, but it really helps to read the Bible and to pray. I feel a peace come over me that no medicine and no psychologist can provide. Will you please try Him? He will help you. In addition, before sleep, make yourself a nice cup of chamomile tea, draw a warm bath, and just treat yourself to some much needed relaxation.
