Hi i was reading your post and i see you have heard of vitex, i was wondering if you have heard of fertility blend. It optimizes fertility health and it includes vitex, I have been ttc for 4 years now and 2 years ago diagnosed with pcos, my sister was having the same problems and she started this fertility blend she took it for 3 months and after that she had a 30 day cycle every month for a year and she is now 3 months preg. I just started it a week ago and hopefully this will regulate me. Gnc carries it along with fertility blend for men or you can find it at their direct website fertlity blend.com, I was just wondering if anyone has been successfull with it. It also is being evaluated by fda and the patent is pending and not to be used with clomid. But its all natural herbs and vitamins. Thought i would share this, and i plan to let everyone know if it works.
