Just go to the courts get papers on visitaion fill them out serve a copy to x wife it will have a court day to see the judge and go from there. They will probably have the parents go to a mediation to see if they can agree on a visitaion first, then they will see the judge. You do not need a lawyer to do this. I did this and my ex has his visitaion.
