Hello! I also experience this. It is uncomfortable - I agree! I recently went to the dr. for swelling of my hands - couldn't get my rings off - and she told me that this in addition to the numbness/tingling sensation at night is possibly carpel tunnel syndrome. I guess the fluids retained during pregnancy push against this nerve and cause it. I was told that if it continues, I might need to see an OT for a brace, etc. It was also recommended to help alleviate this to avoid sleeping on your hands if possible. Hope this helps! Good luck!
