4 almost 5 yr. old daughter still in diapers

I last posted this past May about my 4.5 yr. old daughter who refuses to be potty trained. she will soon be 5 and I still have her in diapers as she stillrefuses to be potty trained. I have tried everything possible but nothing works. she has been checked by various Dr. and they all say she is physically ok.I have tried treats rewards scolding grounding and letting her go withing on at all but nothing works. She will not be able to start kindergarden this fall if she is not trained and still in diapers. Whenever I mention the words potty or try to put her on the potty chair or toilet she starts to scream and continues to throw a temper tantrum.She tries to resist me in the morning when i try and take her out of her nitetime double diaper.She does not mind the feeling of being in a wet or messy diaper and would be content to wear it all day long if I would not change her.All my relation and friends continue to ask me when is that kid of yours going to stop wearing those baby diapers and plastic Pants?They also continue to say you know she will not be able to start school this fall if she is still in diapers and plastic pants. PLEASE HELP!
