can reflux make it hard for you to hold a job

i have twinboys with reflux,one has been admitted and the other was going to.i have to go to the doc at least 3 times a week for them,they wheeze and also have to have breathing treatments 4 times a day and have to be on apnea monitors,hard to get a baby sitter people are scared to keep them. .i can't get a job because i stay at the hospital.is there some kind of disability or assistance i can get untill they overcome this.any advice helpppppp!!!!!!!!!
