I recently tried to get my diet profile from the Atkins diet plan and when I clicked the yes box, for Are you pregnant, it told me that it is not advisable for me to use this type of diet regimen and at this time there is nothing available for me. I took that as it may not be the safest thing for a pregnant woman. Maybe you should set up an appointment to see a nutritionist, I saw one with my second child and it really helped.
