I am not really a help, but I can empathize. I was trying to find out more info on what drugs are considered safe for pregnant women and I was disappointed to find that I couldn't find a lot of information. I have read the following:
http://www.gardenguides.com/herbs/preg.htm

I have heard contradictory things about herbs. On the website above, it talks about raspberry leaves being good, but then I also read somewhere that raspberry tea may be associated with premature labor. My doc said to steer clear of all herbs and just take my prenatal. This kind of stinks for me and I was hoping to at least be able to drink herbal tea since I cut out coffee.

Best of luck!
