Hi,Both my grls had rash around there mouth,due to them sucking on pacifier,the drulling will stay underneath the pacifier will cause rash.
Keep around mouth dry at all times, helped for my grls and rash disappeared! Once pacifer was gone no more rash...or u might want to change bottle nipples,and pacifer periodically.
