First off, your stepdaughter is a child. You saying that you,"hate her!" shows a lack of maturity in yourself. Have you thought about family counseling? 13 is a hard age for any child and especially for a daughter with her father. Your stepdaughter is being used by her mother and will realise this when she grows up. Have you ever thought she is jealous of the fact that you let her brother live with you? Also how do you think she feels seeing her father with his new family? Be the grown up here and show her affection and caring. Seek professional help.
