I am sorry to hear you are suffering from panic attacks. I have been reading Before Your Pregnancy by Amy Ogle, M.S., R.D. and it states that the only safe prescriptions for depression/panic is Zoloft, Prozac, & Ativan. My OB/GYN recommends not being on any anti-depressants while preganant/nursing, however, in cases like this he would recommend the medications listed above. I recommend that you talk to your OB/GYN asap regarding which medicines are safe for baby as some can lead to birth defects and miscarriages. Good luck to you.
