Yes you can get pregnant of of prejaculation I am expecting a child as a result. If i were you I would go and get on birth control and make your boyfriend cover it up. He thinks he wants a baby now but he has no clue what comes along with a baby. Believe me he does not want to spend the next two years of his adolecence being puked on and changing diapers and that is to say the least of what comes along with a child.If you are not yet pregnant I would get on birth control asap a child is a beautiful thing but a very hard thing if you do not have your life and education already in order. My period used to come irregular often so you might be lucky and not be pregnant best of luck to you.
