3 yr old step son never stops crying

My husbands son cries non stop when he is around me and my 2 yr old. He is fine most of the time is dad is around but still cries any time my son tries to play with him. I don't understand why he does this. I pregnate with another child how will do I get him to stop or change this crying he is driving my insane. Its even harder now that I am pregant to deal with both of them together when he is over beacuse I have no patiance being pregnat. How do I deal with this.!!
