27 weeks no one to talk to 2 and 3 year olds at home work and have to clean house!! HELP ME

Im a 21 year old with a 2 year old and a 3 year old step-son. My husband works nights and I work days so he is asleep when I am home and he lets the kids run the house while I am at work. My step-son hates me he cries when my husband leaves and cries is my son trys to play with him. No one can touch him without him crying or telling. Its so hard being a step parent when the child cries for no reason all the time. My son is a terror he doesn't listen to anything I feel like I never stop yelling. Really bad if my stepson is over. He wants to play rough with him and my stepson cries. Its so hard. Then on top of all of this I work full time 5 days a week and clean house non stop when I am home. I have no one I can talk to my husband is no help he thinks Im just being a crybaby if I ask him to help me clean house or take care of the kids if I home. Because he works night he thinks he should get more sleep than I do. I don't know what to do Im scared that having another baby will make it worse and this one is a girl I don't even know if he will change her diaper or anything. I think I am going to go crazy please help me learn to handle my stress and to stop yelling I'm so tired of yelling I don't know what to do anymore. HELP PLEASE!!!
