Kids and sexplay

Okay I have 2 boys ages 5 and 6 who experimented orally with a boy in nieghbourhood who is 7 yrs old.
When I found out I remained calm at first until it hit me...I also talked to my nieghbours since my two play with their 3...alot of games have to do with house(having babies and being mom and dad). Now they are thinking of moving etc because this is appalling and NOT normal.
Yet Ive talked to various people...the majority whom think its very normal (2 sexual health nurses, a counsellor and a social worker and various friends and family who are well educated)...So now..my question is besides going for therapy for myself (I was told the kids Do NOT need it that I need it to learn to cope) what else can I do to except this and not point fingers?? HELP!!! Parental suggestions needed!!!
I went into a yahoo parental chat and was put right down for asking this and said its my fault and bad parenting which I thought was BS.
