It is always nice to hear about dad's being so concerned about their little ones. My husband is a very concerned dad also and I'm very proud of him. Being a sigle dad must be hard, specially when you have to deal with a sick baby. My baby (boy, 11 mo.) had one cold after another from Jan to March this year and the doctor told me to buy him some Ecinacia drops for infants. That the reason he kept getting colds was because he was easily picking up everyone's colds. As soon as I bought him the drops, he got all better within a week. I was beginning to think he had allergies. I'm sorry I can't answer your questions on the testing for infants but if you haven't bought a humidifier yet, you should. Put it in her room and she will sleep a whole lot better. I hope your little one gets well soon and I hope it isn't anything serious. Her mom should really consider quiting. I'm a mother too and there isn't anything I wouldn't do for my children. I will pray for your little one.

Good luck and GOD Bless!
