SUBJECT: Hydroencephaly
I am interested in exchanging e-mails with a parent who has a child with hydroencephaly. My husband and I are in the adoption process. We have been given a referral of a child who may have this. (We signed up for a special needs child) I would love some insight on this from a parent's perspective.
