 | My son is 19 months old, and has always for the most part been a good sleeper. He is my first so I tried somethings to early (or so I thought). I pulled him from the crib at 14 or 15 months old and put him in a bed. He did very well at first and was very proud of his advancement. When my husband got activated for the Army if my son fell asleep in his spot, rather than moving him I left him there. Plus my husband worked overnights. I have a king size bed that gets lonely and cold at times, so I didn't mind the company. Then very shortly after my husband left he was attacked on his face by our family dog. He had to get 21 stitches all on the cheek he favored more. So I really had no choice (atleast in my heart) but to let him stay with me. He needed help turning onto that cheek, once he could bear sleeping on it at all. It's not that I care that he's there, I just don't want to be doing this forever. So when I went to his 18 mnth well visit I talk to the doc, and she said I atleast need him to fall asleep in his own bed. He stuggled for a while but we acheived it. Now I need to know how to keep him in his own bed the whole night. He usually wakes up at like 3 or 4 and comes in bed with me. He does sometimes so discretly that sometimes I don't know he's there till morning. Now he moves so much I'm losing sleep. I'm due in Oct. with another baby, and I don't want to have this problem still any advice will help.
