You could be. Nipple soreness was my first sign of pregnancy. The clearish liquid is called colostrum, it's pre-milk and it's what the baby drinks the first couple days after it's born until your milk comes in, but you don't have to be pregnant to be getting a discharge like that. The swelling may be due to lack of fluids.
