hello, I am also having the same cramping and am @ 4 weeks, but I did not get them with my first. I am thinking I am getting them this time because of the scar tissue from my c-section. I had bloating last pregnancy, it's usually from not getting enough fluids or from gas building up. Being pregnant does a number on your digestive tract.
