Normal Behavior OR Sexual Abuse?

3 yo girl humps the baby doll, teddy bears or plays with herself. She goes to the bathroom and when you go to wipe her she crenges and says Oww nunu hurts. I ask why does your nunu hurt and she says "Daddy did it". and shows me with her middle finger in her vaginia what she said daddy did. Now would a 3 yo make this up, see this on Tv or even have a clue about this kind of behavior? I need some suggestions, what would you do, think, assume? I'm a lil confused.
