SUBJECT: 1st time mom. help with training my 15 month old girl
My daughter is 15 months and the doctor says it's time to potty train. I'm not quite sure what to do. I've read tons of things, just not to sure. I mean i'm not even sure if I can do it.
My husband works night shift and we are on his schedule. I am at home all the time with her so I have all the time in the world to work with her I just need to know how.
I know it will be very hard and tramatizing because she has touble pooping. I have to have her on a laxative to try and regulate it. Her body doesn't break down the food in her intestines and causes serious constipation. she doesn't even eat cause she already understands if you eat you will have to poop and she doesn't like that. it is very painful to her and she screams when she goes. my biggest fear is that she will not want to go to the potty cause it hurts.
And two I haven't broke her from the bottle yet and that is going to be hard with the potty training because she is going to want that for her security blanket. I just need a miracle.
please if anyone can help me I would be so grateful and owe my life to you. I just don't know if I can do this alone.
I thank you so much.
