SUBJECT: prenatal vitamins
Just an fyi to all you expecting moms you can purchase prenatal vitamins w/out a prescription at any drug store, wal-mart, target, etc. They are not that expensive and have the same exact vitamins in them as the prescription ones. They are even a little easier to take. My dr told me that the law requires anything saying prenatal vitamins were to have certain levels on certain vitamins so they are all the same just read the labels because some are one a days and some you take as many as 4 a day so choose the one that suits you best. For me it was one a day at bedtime. Good luck to all you pregnant mommies.
