As far as taking her every hour, what if I told you when I am with her that I take her every 20-30 minutes and in between she still wets her panties. No, we don't give her too much to drink, or at least it don't seem. Since your reply, I have started rewarding her with movies and such, and I have found it helps to give her a book while she's sitting on the potty. I will have the week of the fourth off from work, and I intend on keeping her at home with me and really concentrating on potty training. Hopefully things will click then, and if they do and the babysitter don't continue w/ her the following week, that will be the last straw and then I will take your advice for sure about firing her. Thank you for your advice.
