I don't really want to fire her unless I am forced to, but my husband is almost at wits end with her and the situation so it probably isn't far in the future. As far as taking her every hour, what if I told you when I am with her that I take her every 20-30 minutes and in between she still wets her panties. No, we don't give her too much to drink, or at least it don't seem. Since your reply, I have started rewarding her with movies and such, and I have found it helps to give her a book while she's sitting on the potty. I will have the week of the fourth off from work, and I intend on keeping her at home with me and really concentrating on potty training. Hopefully things will click then, and if they do and the babysitter don't continue w/ her the following week, that will be the last straw and then I will take your advice for sure about firing her. Thank you for your advice.
