I recently had a dr. appt and she said this happens every now and then and it is really nothing to be alarmed about. It is due to certain hormonal levels being a bit low. I think it was estrogen that she said. Anyway, she was not concerned about this at all. I have stopped worrying about it and have stopped spotting at all. If it continues I would call your doc. In the meantime, relax and try not to worry about it so much. hope that helps.
