NEED HELP GETTING PREGNANT!!!!

Hi. I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now. I do realize that the agerage woman should not start to worry until 2 years. The only problem is that my husband and i have been have unprotected sex for the last 5 years and i have never been on the pill. He does have a child from a past marriage and we did get a sperm count done, he is ok. There is only a 30% chance each month. Know tons of fact like that, but what i need to know is things that i should be doing to get pregnant. One friend told me to eat oranges. Just little wives tales, or anything. Because obviously what i have been doing isn't working. I am doing my best not to get stressed out about not getting pregnant because that only adds to your chances of NOT getting pregnant. Can someone please just tell me what worked for you.
