Hi first off youre not stupid. You need help being as young as you are things could get worse your body isnt fully matured yet and could cause you to die if you get any worse or even have complications later in life. Are you close to any adult figure like a family member better yet you love the sport you are in now you should talk to your coach i think you should also know that your teacher will tell your parents. You have to realize you cant do this alone you need support. Ill pray for you. Please get help.
