My daughter will be 5 years old July 2003. She was born with a cafe au lait birthmark on her right check, down her throat and on her chest. I had her checked when she was 18 months old and they said it could be removed by laser surgery,but there wasn't a guarantee it wouldn't come back. She has now said that she "wants to give it back". I want to have it removed for her, it is now starting to bother her. How has your daughter reacted to the procedure? Was she freigthened by the procedure? I too was told that it would probably take 6-8 sessions.
