I'm not able to give you much advice as I'm going through something similar in that my 15 month old daughter won't take milk, but will drink anything else, out of a sippy cup. I reduced it to just night time but as of tonight, took it away completely. She cried very hard for 10 minutes then went to sleep. I've put all bottles away so that from here on out it's only the cup. Some of the advice that I've heard is: Buy a "transition cup". They have cups that have nipple-like sippers to help the transition, although I think your issue may be with actually giving her the bottle to go to sleep. The other advice that I've been given is to just draw the line and don't go back. Kids need consistency to know what they can depend on so if/when you decide to take it away, make it for good. You may want to talk to your pediatrician about that as I think you will just keep hearing that you need to take it away and not go back. Letting her cry now and get passed it will save you many more problems in the future. It's really hard but you have to remember that it only gets harder and you're really helping her by taking it away now.

I hope this helps.
