SUBJECT: postpartum after 4 mos???
My daughter was born in Feb. I never really had any postpartum depression or baby blues after she was born. I went back to work full time when she was two months. Now that I have been back to work for two months I am starting to get the blues. I love my daughter very much but somedays I feel so tired that I don't really want to deal with her. Is this normal or am I just burnt out? I am her primary care giver. I work 3 8hr days 2 5hr days and am off 2 full days, so when i am not at work I am home with the baby. I feel like a horrible mommy to not want to be with her every moment of the day but I seriously need a break and not just by going to work but a day to do whatever I want without being responsible for anybody but me. If anyone feels the same way or as advice pls help. Thanks
