I am so sorry for you. I miscarried 10 years ago and again in January and am now pregnant again 2 months and bleeding alot. So I'm not feeling very optimistic. My doctor indicated 3 months before getting pregnant again and I felt that was too long so I really begged my husband and we tried. My body did not allow me to get pregnant again right away but now that I am the Doctor thinks its possible there may still be some tissue there from the first miscarriage causing bleeding with this one. My point is, as much as you want to hurry the process, make sure your body has time to heal and I read that you need to get your iron stores up with diet not supplement because your body is able to process it more effectively. The study I read suggested drinking orange juice when eating an iron rich diet to maximize your bodies ability to absorb it. Also, we used the ovulation kits so I would know when my cycle started again. We got pregnant pretty quick and I was so excited but it is bitter sweet and tinged with sadness because you're afraid the entire time. There is no escaping the grief the loss is so real and most people, even your sweet husband cannot possibly understand. I still tell people the dates of my babies I miscarried when I talk about my kids I let them know I have two here and two in heaven waiting for me. God bless you I wish I had something more encouraging to offer. I do know this. You were pregnant before, you will get pregnant again and the chances of miscarriage are slim after a miscarriage according to my OB. God bless and good luck.
